This is my favorite charcoal drawing I have done to date. I was just trying to show students how to make a ball look 3D and when I was done, I had this. There really isn't anything I don't like about it. I had vowed to never take pages out of my sketchbook, but I do think I will make an exception for this one. It deserves a frame and an honored place among my favorite pieces of art.
